The long life of the machines and their lack of renewal has made it difficult to produce and implement them with quality. Also, in some cases, despite the definition of development projects, due to the characteristics of raw materials and also the limited capital in the development of machines, new and more updated productions face challenges. For example, in a situation where Iran is among several countries with the largest amount of bitumen exports every year, and while the demand for buying modified bitumen is increasing day by day, due to the characteristics of Iranian oil and also the lack of facilities in refineries, It is not possible to export this type of bitumen. Providing new materials and new equipment based on local facilities, transferring knowledge and presenting new solutions and methods can help in solving some of the mentioned challenges.
